The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located within walking distance of many of Philadelphia’s top attractions, restaurants, and historic sites. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-designed, and made great use of space without sacrificing comfort. What truly stood out was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing. Whether you’re visiting Philadelphia for business or leisure, I highly recommend Motto by Hilton Philadelphia. The combination of location, cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service makes it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit."

"I hate to do this but haven’t stayed at a CC in a long time. And I had expected the quality to improve not degrade. The property unfortunately was old and unkept. I could tell it was cleaned but it’s the structure. The carpet is old and dingy and I had to buy socks to walk in it. I also had to buy a plug in freshener because the room had an old musty smell. The staff were all phenomenal. The facilities not so much. Wouldn’t stay again. I wasn’t expecting the four season but this feels like it’s just been left to rot away. I’d go so far as to say it needs a gut rehab."
