"Staff was great but this hotel was either dirty or just worn down and scuzzy. Our curtains were burnt with ash stains and there was a dirty Kleenex on the floor when we got our room. "

Breakfast was terrible, only option was bagels and toast. Coffee was never refilled and Napkins were not to be found. Parking was limited and when I went in the back to park, there were people sleeping in their cards in the parking lot with blacked out plastic bags on their windows. The side doors were not locked and were wide open all day and all night. The only clean item was the room itself, room was renovated and housekeeping and cleaned it. "
