"Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Hair on the toilet, areas of the floor hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Basically the cleaning staff needs proper training and a supervisor to inspect the room before being turned over to a paying guest. The window shade was tattered, the chair upholstery was ripped. Overall the room was very dated. The breakfast really needs to improve in quality. They should have a person hired to oversee the breakfast and not expect the person working at the reception counter to handle both positions. One person can't be in 2 places at the same time, and many guests were upset at not having food prepared and the coffee maker being shut down for not having any coffee. This is not the way to run a quality hotel. As a side note, the exterior smoking areas need to be moved away from the doorways."

"The loft was well located and easy to access. It was well laid out and clean. Always nice to have a small kitchen to make breakfast in the morning and a nice living area to relax during a stressful day running around sightseeing. Given this loft is an older building, one needs to understand that the building is located off the Main Street and because of very large and old windows, the noise level from traffic can be high during the day and early evening and early morning. Also right outside the window there is a very large welcome sign that is bright red and shines through the windows at night creating a very big night light throughout the loft. The shades are not black out so keep in mind that a sleep mask is needed if one sensitive to light. A small suggestion would be to add a retractable screen in the bedroom doorway that would block this red light. I would stay again even though I had one small issue with access early evening on last day...owner put the wrong check out day in the system for the lock and the automatic code system locked me out at 7PM....I called the owner immediately but he was not quickly available as my message went to voice mail immediately...finally got ahold of the other owner and the matter was quickly resolved.....could have been disastrous if came back later that evening....always good to be on ones phone 24/7 when self renting out a place like this."

"Everything was great. Host’s were super helpful and had great knowledge of the local area and ski resorts. They recommended snow basin and powder mountain. Both I would also recommend. Great resorts with awesome snow quality. The sauna was great. I think we used it just about every day. If I’m ever back in the area it would be my first choice on places to stay. "
