The staff was very good, the hotel itself was kind of run down with holes in the hallways and they offer a jacuzzi but there isnt one there and the pool room was cold so dont plan to swim unless you either catch a cold or you like the coller room, the nightclub bartenders were great a little heavy handed but good, the shogun restaurant in the hotel was very good service and very good food.

Very clean room. Quiet. Staff was wonderful and breakfast definitely above what you usually get at this price! Property is dated and in need of some maintenance but the pluses and price make up for that.

Really great value inn. A clean room, and room amenities like Coffee. And breakfast was included. The breakfast attendant was helpful and well stocked. The breakfast scenery was lovely too.

Room was nice and clean. Almost all the staff is fantastic. The staff at the salon were amazing. The menu options at Crescenzo's was really limited compared to what it used to be, but the food was delicious as always

I loved walking the grounds at night under the moon with all the beautiful lights all around the property…. We had a streamside room and it was absolutely gorgeous…. Breakfast was wonderful.

I enjoy the groomed and quiet scenic GMproperty. The staff is personable and professional! I usually stay there every couple of weeks to relax and rewind. Their complimentary breakfast is fantastic! Always elated to return to the Woodlands for any length stay!

It was a dated building but i kind of loved that history about it! Food was extremely good breakfast was great and happy hour specials for food was very reasonable. We came to swim but found ourselves on a little adventure!! Recommend
