"It is really only so so. Our room had been refurbished (and I paid extra for that) but the pillows and mattress wasn’t great. There were extra pillows in the wardrobe but without pillow covers so not much use. Service mixed - they don’t have a restaurant open but we’re happy to put something in the fridge for us. But when we wanted some hot water for tea they could not provide that in the afternoon. I would have been happy to pay. There is a coffee machine in the room but that never works for...
