Vacation Home with luxurious pool in The Villages, Florida!

Vacation Home with luxurious pool! This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom vacation home has a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen creating a vacation like hotel experience that is first class! Look no further you have found the place you want to stay! Just look at the pictures and we think you will agree…our home is perfect for multiple couples or families as each bedroom has access to a separate bathroom, and there is 1/2 bath out by the pool!



It is centrally located in the Villages in between Brownwood Paddock and Sumter Landing squares...with many golf courses nearby!

In addition we fully furnished our home with all brand new furniture, appliances, linens, towels and kitchen utensils in July 2022, everything! The pictures show the new furnishings.



Note there are external cameras for security and maintenance reasons. There are 5 external cameras at the house, a standard ring doorbell with camera at the front door , a camera pointing at the walk way and driveway from the front door, a camera that points at the pool filtration and pump equipment on the side of the house, a camera on the roof pointing at the solar panels (to monitor potential leaks) and a camera that points down from the flagpole on top of the house and portion of the lanai. Please let us know before booking if you are uncomfortable having these cameras activated for your stay and we can discuss.

Regarding the heated pool: Please note that when daytime temperatures drop below 65°F and nighttime temperatures range between 25°F and 55°F, the pool heat pump may struggle to maintain your desired water temperature. This is especially common during the unpredictable winter months in The Villages.

It’s not unusual for the same week to include both chilly days and warmer days with highs in the 70s or 80s. If cooler temperatures affect the pool during your stay, you’ll still have convenient options nearby. Two large heated pools are just minutes from our home, maintaining a comfortable 83°F year-round. One is an adults-only pool at the Gilchrist Village mailbox center, and the other is a family-friendly pool at the Bradenton Family Center.

Family get away

We had a great time enjoying the beautiful pool and outdoor barbeque area. The home was very comfortable for six adults. Jeff and Aggie were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. This is a beautiful home for a family get away.

The entire property is just beautiful it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We traveled with our daughters, son in-law and two small grandchildren, the house is designed very well given everyone the space they needed. The kitchen was beautiful. The pool was the best part, our grandkids just loved swimming at night with the lights on. The entire outdoor area was great, although the grill area was great, we never used it we were too busy going into the square every night. Location was perfect. Communication with owners Jeff & Aggie was outstanding. We thank them very much for renting to us. We all give this house a 10 we are hoping to rent it again next year. Bill & Lori

This is our 6th time visiting the Villages and this property is by far the most gorgeous place we’ve stayed at. It’s in a fabulous location, close to Brownwood and a very upscale neighborhood. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully furnished The pool area is like a resort with water fountains and really fun pool lighting as well as an outdoor kitchen. If you are looking for a stay on a 5 star location. This is it!

Amazing stay! Beautiful home.

Aggie and Jeff were wonderful hosts. Very quick to respond to my many questions prior to our arrival and were equally as responsive after we arrived. Everything they listed on their VRBO description was accurate and I would rate our stay as excellent!Our checkin process was smooth. Their home is impeccably clean and well stocked. Absolute gem!!!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous!!! Everything was top of the line. Sheets, towels, picture frame TV, true indoor/outdoor living, full outdoor kitchen but the pool was the best. The PERFECT Place for our family gathering

We just loved our stay, from the beautiful home accommodations, to amazing outdoor pool, eating and sitting areas and the screen in lanai. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was both quiet and convenient. We were visiting my wife's father that lives in the villages and this was a great place for us to all gather, relax and enjoy the family. The cost for our 3 couples was well less than it would have been to stay in a hotel and was so much more conducive to spending time together. I could not have made any improvements on the hospitality provided by our hosts!

Beautiful Place

Everything was spot on with this house! We loved the outside area! The outside kitchen was perfect for the night we made steaks on the grill. Closest square was Brownwood but our favorite square was Lake Sumpter which was about a 20 minute golf cart ride. Grocery stores and breakfast place just a short ride away. Communication with the owner was exceptional! Thanks again for the hospitality.

5 Star Home!

The home is beautiful and like staying at the Ritz! We enjoyed spending much of our time on the lanai, swimming, having great conversation, late afternoon lunches, in the nice Florida weather. The water fountain made it exceptional, it was easy to turn on. Beds were quite comfortable, bathrooms spotless and fresh. Kitchen was well stocked. The location can’t be beat, close to several Recreational Centers, Country Clubs, restaurants and entertainment in the town square’s of Brownwood and Sumter Landing. Owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

The best house ever!

We absolutely LOVED our stay, literally everything was perfect. Cleanliness is our thing, (we are germaphobes) and this house was spotless! The pictures of the house were exact. The pool was absolutely amazing! My 16 year old daughter cried bc she didn’t want to leave. The communication was great, I wouldn’t have changed one thing. Great family memories were made.

Fabulous pool

The home is very tastefully decorated and stocked with every day essentials. We loved the lani/pool area. As mature travelers, having streaming accounts are not a priority therefore making watching TV cumbersome. I appreciated the mattresses being newer, but for me personally they were slightly firmer than I perfer- matter of perference. Owners were very accomadating with special request made. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Home!

This home was beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated & had everything we needed. Unbelievable outdoor space with an outdoor kitchen, bathroom, pool, huge table and chairs, plus comfortable couches and lounge chairs. The owners spared no expense on the comfortability of their guests. Indoor living room had reclining couch; beds were very comfy; plenty of seating for everyone; kitchen was well stocked; large garage if you decide to rent golf carts like we did; laundry room was nice; and 3.5 bathrooms!! If we were going to buy a place, this would check all the boxes! Stunning home. PLUS, the communication with the owners was great - they are very responsive, accommodating and truly cared. Thank you Jeff and Aggie for sharing your paradise with us!
