Please bag all trash and leave in trashcan. For your convenience during your stay, trash pick up is on Monday and Thursday mornings. Please only take bagged trash to the driveway no trash cans.
Please gather all these towels and start a load of towels in the washer. Leave used beds unmade.
Please return all keys, gate cards, and garage door openers to the basket on the counter. There will be a $100 fee for lost gate cards or garage door openers and a $50 fee for lost golf cart keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This host was absolutely fantastic!! We could not have chosen a better location for our stay in The Villages. The golf cart was incredibly convenient for getting us around to see all the things. The house is virtually brand new, stocked with top of the line linens, cookware, furniture, bedding, and all the amenities you would ever want. Highly recommend this host and this property.
