Located in the heart of The Villages, one mile from Brownwood Town Square-very close to Eisenhower Regional Rec Center, Manatee family pool and Hillsboro adult pool; Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities. Many options for golf, food, and entertainment.

Complete with linens, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, wifi, patio furniture, screened in lanai, free guest passes, optional golf passes (fee), and use of a new 4 person electric golf cart. (No more messing with gas- We have never had any issues with our golf cart due to its wonderful lithium battery however we do have a towing subscription for your peace of mind). bedroom, 2 bathrooms with king bed in master and twin beds in second bedroom.
