Great view and location!! Right in front of the Wildwoods sign & beachballs. This is an older motel but on a positive note they are currently in the middle of updates and repairs.

The Newport Beach was a very nice place. The customer service was great. The minute we seen the young lady she was very welcoming. The pool area was in a very good location and it was nice and clean. The rooms come with balconies. You have a beautiful view of the ocean and the wildwood sign. I’d definitely stay again. My only thing was that they didn’t have bbq grills. I understand why but I love going to wildwood and grilling. All in all this in my opinion is a 5 star motel and I’d definitely stay again.

The place is closed to the board walk and few restaurants nearly. I am not satisfied with the cleanliness, limited bathroom supplies. Also the front desk was unfriendly and there’s only hot water in the shower, no cold water and the shower head was malfunctioning, inconsistent water flow.

This motel is terribly out of date. Most things don’t work, our room didn’t have any working tv’s, there was black mold in the bathroom, the elevator sometimes worked, the faucet is falling off the tub, etc…convenience to the beach and boardwalk did not make up for the dilapidated conditions. Will never stay here again. Do not recommend

This hotel was a huge disappointment. While the location was fantastic, that's the only positive thing I can say. The rooms were incredibly dirty; we found used shoes, empty solo cups and folders under the beds, and the sheets had makeup stains. The toilet ran constantly, and despite calling for maintenance, no one ever showed up. Everything metal in the room was rusted, and there were paint chips all over the floor. The pool was also in terrible condition, with the sides looking like they were crumbling. To top it all off, when we asked for a luggage cart, we were told it was in the garage and we would have to move the garbage bags off of it if we needed to use it. I will definitely never stay at this motel again.

When on vacation, the front desk staff is where you would go ask for information. This person said ‘no I don’t know’ too many times. Even for the price for parking in the lot across the street from the hotel; recommended places to eat or things to do. But overall it was a great spot with an ocean view balcony.

This property is very conveniently located across the street from the boardwalk. The property provides a great balcony view of the ocean. On the downside, some of the amenities were pretty outdated. The water in the shower did not get above a mildly warm temperature. The WiFi did not work at all. Besides those two things, staff were friendly and very helpful!

What we like about the property was the location and convenience. What we don't like was theat they have old rugs in the rooms. Bathroom can really use some updating/remodeling. And the cleaning of the bathtub and shower curtains need to be better. I personally take some Lyson cleaner and spray to clean the bathroom my self and spray the rugs. But the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly.
