Family reunion

Surprise 90th Birthday

We stayed at this home near our family in the Villages to celebrate my Father In Law’s 90th birthday. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and accommodating. A true home away from home. The host, Wendy, was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely manner. My husband and I strongly recommend this home.

Dancing getaway

My wife and I took a spur of the moment trip to the Villages for four nights of dancing on the squares to rock and roll bands. We stayed at 2801 Semmes. It was terrific. Spotlessly clean. Five minutes to Brownwood Paddock Square for nightly dancing and a large variety of restaurants. Wendy was readily available and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend rental.

Best place to stay!

I work with vacation rentals and try to stay with them over hotels because it's more like home. This was a business trip and I had everything I needed. Easy peasy and a home away from home!

Beautiful new home

Loved everything about this house. It was Super clean and cozy. Wendy was so helpful and great at communication. Loved the gold cart included. The neighborhood was quite and felt very safe. Definitely coming back to this property on my next trip to the villages.

Great Home in The Villages

We stayed at the home for Leesburg bike fest. More than enough room in the garage for the motorcycles, and the golf cart that included with rental was a lot of fun. Two great size guest bedrooms, and a large, beautiful master bedroom suite. We got a lot of use out of the screen porch and house was nicely furnished, and all supplies needed for our stay, or in the home. Hope to stay on back in the area.

The house inside is beautiful and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. The owner was available if we needed anything during our stay. Our only concern was the golf cart that was provided didn’t run well. It backfired and stalled so much that we decided to rent a golf cart from The Villages Golf Carts. The outside landscaping, which didn’t impact our stay, is in desperate need of refreshing. From the outside, the home looks run down and not well kept. The ad stated it was brand new, but that section of Richmond has been built out for about three years, so new, but not brand new—just needs the wording changed in the ad. That aside, this was a great location and a very nice home.
