1913 Classic Victorian Home with manny outdoor spaces.

Home has all modern amenities. Large Classic Dining Room with rare chestnut trim and chandler. Very comfortable furniture thruout home. Front covered wrap around porch. Partially Rear covered porch with eating area, Outdoor Weber Barbaque Grill, basketball court, gas fire pit w/ seating, private pool with sun deck and on-site parking ( driveway). Third floor has a large exterior sundeck with an Additional kitchen, living area and full bathroom. Home had been updated in 2023. Here are the list of improvements: 1. New Covered Front Wrap around Porch 2. New Second Floor Sun Deck which is connected to two front bedrooms. 3. New expanded rear yard deck 10’ x 20’ with enclosed outdoor shower area. 4. New first floor bathroom / laundry room 5. Expanded driveway to accommodate four cars. 6. Additional central air/ heating unit for second and third floor. 7. New expanded third floor rear sundeck.

Great Location!

Perfect house for any size family! Located in walking distance to the beach, multiple restaurants, breakfast spots, and even an ice cream parlor, you’ll be able to walk just about everywhere! The house itself has multiple spots to relax, including a covered porch, a large deck and two balconies. At night, you can enjoy an evening by the fire pit. Mario the owner was super nice and helpful! He provided lots of tips and was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Jersey Shore Family Reunion

It was exactly as described - a Victorian style shore house. My memories as a child in Wildwood included sitting on the front porches enjoying the sea breeze, rain or people walking by. My family flew in from California for a Jersey Shore vacation and this home was exactly what I was looking for as it reminded me of my childhood vacations. We had 5 adults and 5 children 4-10 years. We had plenty of room for everyone. The location was an easy walk 1 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach. The kids enjoyed the above ground pool and adults were able to be nearby supervising. Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. The street still had jersey shore beach houses on it -very nice street. We enjoyed the outdoor frig for drinks and the outdoor shower.

Wonderful Beach House

The house and location were great for our family trip. The kids loved the pool and everyone enjoyed hanging outside on the front porch. The house has everything you need, just bring linens and towels. Mario is a wonderful host (very responsive and accommodating). Definitely a place we would stay again.

Mario's home is wonderful. The location is superb, and the home is just right for a large family. Everything was as described, and even better in person than the pictures. We've stayed in over a dozen places in Wildwood over the past 20 years, and every member of our family said "this is the best house yet!" Mario is quick to respond to questions and had some great ideas for bad weather things to do with the kids. It couldn't have been a better visit.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect!! Mario was amazing to work with! The property was in short walking distance to the beach and other local favorites!! Restaurants and activities for the whole family. In short, if you have the opportunity to stay in this home, our family gives a 110% recommendation!! We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to call Mario's incredible house HOME for the week. You WON'T be disappointed if you're looking at this property!!

Mario is a great host

Perfect beach house & location. Home has everything you need (just bring your linens and towels). Plenty of parking in gated driveway. Great options for outdoor seating - many areas to relax- covered porch and balconies including a fire pit. Enjoyed shooting hoops, floating in the pool. Mario is a super host- extremely responsive & accommodating. We had a wonderful time!
