Block to Beach

  • Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo. Beach block. Off street parking along with free street spots across street. Outside shower, storage unit for toys, and wonderful patio to smell the ocean air. Family room, full kitchen, dining room. Wifi available. The Garage will have room for one normal size vehicle. There is a boat for owner use only, please do not mess with it. It is not included

    PLEASE NOTE OUR BOOKING GUIDELINES. SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 25 MUST OCCUPY THE CONDO DURING THE ENTIRE STAY.

    THIS IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES, ANY DEVIATION WILL RESULT IN EVACUATING THE PREMISES AND LOSING ALL FUNDS PAID.
