Beautiful 2/2 Patio Villa w/cart in Village of Collier close to Brownwood Square
This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom villa is located in the Village of Collier. It is conveniently located near the Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center and Brownwood Paddock Square. Includes a 2-seater golf cart! Our home offers an open floor plan, and the kitchen has quartz countertops and a breakfast bar with room for four. The living area floors are new luxury vinyl tile and the bedrooms are carpeted. It is complete with everything you will need to prepare, serve and enjoy meals. There is a separate dining area with seating for six and side board to make entertaining easy. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including two sofas if you are hosting friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the large 4K TV with a DVR. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, a large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a TV, and a full-size closet. Both closets and bathrooms have additional shelving and storage. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens, as well as towels for the pool. And of course there is a charming and welcoming screened in lanai with relaxing chairs and a love seat for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It is also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages. The patio will allow you to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine or enjoy a cold drink while you are grilling your favorite meal on the gas BBQ grill. Our home also offers a one and a half car garage with generous storage space, indoor washer and dryer, and a utility sink.
YouTube TV, streaming services, and high speed internet, electric, water/sewer, trash, and lawn service are included. Daily paper upon request. Temporary Resident IDs are an additional $50 per couple. Long term and annual rentals are available at a discount.

Gorgeous home
The owners are fantastic to deal with, open, prompt and easy to communicate with. As for the home, GORGEOUS! The first thing you do when you open the front door is take in the welcoming odor of the air freshener! The home is decorated as if a pro did it and meticulously kept. Ironically, it was just like being at home. Thank you Scot & Jennifer.
