The house is exactly as portrayed; excellent accommodations for our 6 week stay. Mathis & Lee provided easy instructions for the house and were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. There are golf courses & pools/rec centers easily accessible with the included golf cart. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this location.

We had a great stay in this lovely home. Communication with our hosts was excellent and the house had everything we needed upon arrival. We very much enjoyed our stay at Lee and Mathis' property. It felt like home. We were comfortable the minute we opened the front door. I stayed at Lee & Mathis house in the Village of DeLuna over Labor Day Weekend. The house was very comfortable. I enjoyed taking the golf car over to Brownwood Square & visiting with family that lives close by. The house was stocked with everything you need from the kitchen, to linens & bath products.

This was our first time visiting the villages. We loved our place and had a great time. There was some food left in the pantry, coffee and other little things that made it feel at home. We loved the squares. Brownwood square is close enough with golf cart but, I would take care for Sumter lake.

Nice Place

The home is clean and exactly as advertised. We were only there a short time but were very comfortable. The linens are soft and the beds are firm. The kitchen is well stocked and has lots of prep space. The location is conveniently located very close to the turnpike and has a great walking trail our pooch enjoyed. You really do just need to bring your clothes.
