4.5 blocks to beach. Huge yard

  • This house has two apartments. Each floor has a private entrance. The second floor is rented for the whole summer to students who work long hours on the boardwalk. The available apartment is on the first floor . It’s two bedroom one bath apartment. It’s 4.5 blocks from the beach. You will enjoy outside gazebo and the grill, huge yard for playing and off street parking. Must be 24 to book! No youth groups , please! No parties! Please note: We recycle! No plastic bag in recycle bin and no recycle in trash!
