From October 15th to May 15th You can get a early check in by around 1.00 PM and late checkout by 3.00 PM for additional 250 dollars as long as there is no back to back check in or check out.

Security : Exterior Security cameras installed outside in front of the house. Condo Association has exterior security cameras installed outside the house in common areas like Front of the building near garage , exterior parking space , Gas grill area.
