"The balcony railing was a hazard as it was not attached properly. The kitchen smokes and the whole apartment smokes when you use the stove. The sleeper sofa was nothing but springs and very uncomfortable. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. Our host was very responsive to questions we had. It felt more spacious than I expected, probably because there was outdoor space for our kids to run. There was not a playground, at least we didn't see one, but we also didn't ask the host for information about that so I suppose there could be one that we just didn't see. Our little boy really loved sleeping in the loft (but be aware that there is not a railing). We had everything we needed to cook what we wanted to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked considering that it was a tiny home. But if you have specific kitchen utensils you are really going to want or are planning to do a lot of indoor cooking, you may want to bring some extra kitchen items. Everything was clean. The outdoor area was nice, firewood was provided, and within a couple of minutes drive there was an access point to the river where our kids loved to play. It was convenient to access the national park (Cosby area). There is a security camera outside which we did not realize before arrival."

"We have a front-wheel-drive mid-size sedan and had no issues getting in and out of the property. It is a little rough, but it can be done. Our bed in the loft was so comfy. We opened the windows and slept so well. If you have any issues climbing, it's not for you. My son can't climb ladders, so we put him on the fold-out couch area, and he said he slept great. The ladder we had to put outside on the porch because it fell off and hit me. It needs to be a little more secure. That happened before we even touched it. Other than that, communication was great. It is tiny but super cute. The pond was nice to sit by. We had a great time. We had coffee under the stars in the early morning. Little fox has a great view."
"Check in was very easy using the code. The cabin was so cozy and comfortable. It was more like a cottage. The beds were very comfortable and well supplied. The kitchen was large and well supplied. Appliances were up to date. We also used the outdoor grill. The cabin was located so that we were near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We loved being in the woods and the sunrises were beautiful. The swing on the porch was fun."
"We recently stayed for a week for our summer vacation and had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable and provided everything our family needed. The owners were on top of everything from check in to check out. They touched base with us to make sure we had everything we needed and really made us feel welcome. Location was very convenient to attractions. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin! Thank you!"
"It was amazing! The time with family was priceless! The accommodations were fantastic! We loved all the flowers growing and the views..wow! It was a great place to stay and the rental company was amazing to work with! They were easy to talk to and so above and beyond expectations! We loved it!"
