Ebenerdige Dusche in großzügigem Badezimmer, Handtücher genügend vorhanden, Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, Fernsehgeräte in Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer, Küche perfekt eingerichtet, Beleuchtung lässt sich individuell einschalten bzw. dimmen. "War alles super! Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben hier für eine Nacht übernachtet. Die Kommunikation lief hier noch persönlich ab - das mag vielleicht für den einen oder anderen ein Nachteil sein, wir haben uns mit den sympathischen Betreiberinnen aber bestens verstanden. Alles in allem können wir die sehr stilvolle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. "

"The positives- the location was very nice. Close to the bus stop, easy walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was easy to contact. The negatives- the house was so over decorated for Christmas, the towels were shabby and need to be replaced, the bed pillows were so lumpy. The property is nice, just needs to be updated."

"This newly built property presented precisely as it was listed on the site. Clean, with beautiful views of the surrounding area, it was within close proximity of the major sites (Oberammergau, Garmisch, Schloss Neuschwanstein, Ettal Abbey, etc.) The owner, who speaks English well, communicated quickly in response to our initial inquiry as well as subsequent questions we had. We would gladly stay here again for either a winter or summer visit to the region."

"Beautiful location right by the lake. The apartment is tastefully furnished with great amenities, and the host’s communication was excellent. Plenty of fantastic food options nearby as well. The only minor downside was the kitchen lighting (a bit dim) and the number of unused light switches, which made it tricky to figure out which ones actually worked."
