"The studio is small but nicely appointed, well-maintained and impeccably clean! Seriously, not a spec of dust to be found anywhere. A brand new full-sized fridge had just been installed and the stove and shower looked new as well. Judy is a wonderful and attentive host. Responsive and kind. The garden is lovely with a bit of bay view. A great value overall. Highly recommended! "

"This is a very well designed cottage - alot is packed into a relatively small area which still feels comfortable and not at all cramped. The beds are very comfortable. And the setting is private even though it is located behind the main house. Brenda was very responsive. I highly recommend this cottage! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Ram was very responsive before and during our stay. The suite is actually more spacious than it appears in the photos.There are a number of things to appreciate around the neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to and from the BART station, using a flat paved trail next to the elevated rail line. The system will take you to SF and the airport, and all over the metro and beyond. Nearby was the Canyon Trail Park with a mildly-challenging upward hike and a big green space for dogs to scamper at the top. Plenty of reasonable eateries and a really reasonable small grocery about 2 blocks away. If you’re a Planet Fitness member, same distance. All kinds of retail along San Pablo Ave.We’d be happy to return to this property."

"Loved the property. Lots of space, nice fire place, backyard was comfortable, easy to find parking. Only issue we had was the lack of curtains in the dining room. Other than that, would definitely book again."
