"Wij kwamen er zondagavond bij thuiskomst achter dat de lievelingsknuffel van ons zoontje was achtergebleven in het huisje. We hebben meteen gebeld met de receptie en gelukkig werd de telefoon aangenomen en werden we heel vriendelijk geholpen en gerustgesteld door Joke. Ze zou het meteen doorgeven aan de schoonmaakploeg. De volgende ochtend had ik ook nog even gebeld en toen werd ik geholpen door Maartje. Zij zou het ook nog een keer doorgeven en even later belde ze terug met het goede nieuws dat...
