"Gemütliches kleines Appartement für 2. Alles da, was man braucht. Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit wunderschöner Seesicht . Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, Kommunikation zuverlässig und freundlich. Lage sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar. Auch in die Stadt kann man gut laufen oder nimmt den Shuttlebus."

Wir haben vorab ausführliche Infos vom Vermieter erhalten und auch der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit der FeWo-Betreuerin lief problemlos. "Die Wohnung ist groß hell und komplett und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist separat vom Wohnbereich durch den Flur getrennt. Ruhige Wohnlage und in 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Ufer des Unteren Bodensees. Leider gibt es in diesem Ortsteil keine Gaststätte oder Café, aber im 2 km entfernten Nachbarort. "If there were a way to give this property a 10 we would. We had APT 70 / 71 with a balcony overlooking Lake Constance. It was spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a short walk. The Old Town was fun with great restaurants and attractions. The entire region is full of history. Definitely an apartment we would request again. Christian was a very helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable."

"Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie beschrieben. Lediglich die Lautstärke des Verkehrs in der Nacht war störend. "Excellent location. Walking about 15 min on the same street to City Center. Quiet place. Very clean. The place had everything we needed for our trip, including kitchen utensils. Everything we did was via machines and we did not meet a single person. It was a bit weird but everything worked out. The check-in machine on the right did not have the letter "D" so that was a problem."
