Room was clean, great location and breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly. Beds were okay, bathroom and shower were tiny but I think that isn’t unusual for hotels in Europe. Keeping the room cool was a challenge given the time of year but that seems to be common in Europe.

Second stay here and will definitely return. The breakfast is exceptional and everything about the rooms and location is perfect.

Great, spacious apartment very close to town square attractions and the train station. Average communication with the management team. Our laundry machine and bathroom plug did not work from the beginning (it was important for us to get laundry done after two weeks of traveling before the next part of the trip). I reported it right away when we checked in on Friday and understandably was willing to wait until Monday for the problem to be fixed due to the weekend, however, the management team wrongly stated that we did not leave the key as requested on Monday. The next day the management team told us that they were unable to get into the apartment again (through messaging app), however, my husband was talking to the repair man right in our apartment before we even received this message. Unfortunately, during our seven days stay this issue was not resolved and not until day five I was offered a code to the laundromat a few blocks away (I wished that was offered right away). Also, although the bathroom looked beautiful, it was poorly functional due to not having a shower and just a bathtub (it was my mistake for thinking that this would not be a problem when I booked this property). With six of us there and one bathroom with a bathtub, the water was spraying all over the bathroom and causing slippery conditions. For this reason alone, I would not book this apartment again although I loved everything else about it.

Lovely boutique hotel. Restaurant really lovely. Great location for exploring.
