The location was close to the animal park we visited. It was also conveniently located near two fast food locations, Sam’s club and Walmart. Hotel pool was nice with hours that allowed for it to be used.

The room was very clean, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The only problem was the tub drained super slow, water would be up to your ankles when you showered, and I forgot to tell the front desk.

Close to airport, early plane noise

The hotel is close to the airport and this stay the planes were much noisier. Not sure if the flight paths changed but do not remember this issue in June.

The property is completing its renovations after what appears to be extensive water damage. Quite a few ceiling areas still need to have the water stains painted over. Other than that it was wonderful evening. Lots of shopping areas to enjoy if you would like. Overall a safe area.

The hotel was located within my venue or events I was attending. I would have expected some water bottles in the room. I left a couple behind for the coffee. The only item that seems to need attention is the caulking around the tub needs work. Why are the entry doors hard to open?

The hosts at the front desk were most accommodating. There was a slight incident when I was getting into the airport shuttle and Victor called me later to make sure I was still OK. That was above and beyond the call of duty!!! He’s a real gem!!!
