Our bed pillows smelled so bad and sour. We thought it was the pillow cases at first, but then discovered it was actually the pillows themselves. They all smelled like sour, rotten milk. We requested new pillows but we were told they didn’t have any extras. It would have been nice if they could have retrieved some from an unused room, but the front s sk staff was not helpful at all. It was not a comfortable night’s stay.

We had a great stay here. The hotel was easy to get to, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay to visit our son who is at Sheppard. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
