Recently renovated and charming garage apartment located in Country Club Cottage. It is a stand alone apartment above the garage at the back of the property. Easy access to activities such as the hike/bike trail, golfing, a walk through the tree shaded neighborhood, shopping, MSU, Sheppard AFB and the downtown district. Or if you are needing a little R&R kick back and enjoy the flat screen TV to watch YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+ and more. Great for a quick business trip, weekend get away, a place to stay when visiting your college student or the HHH Bike Ride. Please note that pets are not allowed and is a non-smoking apartment. If you must smoke please use the adjacent sitting area.

Property is excellently located. Easy access to anyplace you might want to go in Wichita Falls. Very quiet neighborhood, yet easy access to Kell Freeway. Loved the accommodation, especially for an overnight or weekend getaway. Clean and comfortable, light and airey.

Weekend getaway great location

Amazing location! We had a short time to visit family and we were able to meet up and enjoy food, movies, museums and more. Great host, Paul made sure everything was in place and checked throughout our stay. Quiet - amazing neighborhood!

Great overnight stay for Sheppard AFB

Drove in from DFW for a one night stay mid week for an AF graduation at the base. Lovely garage apt in a beautiful revitalized neighborhood, akin to a historical district. Excellent handout provided w local restaurants recs. Apt is decorated beautifully, super clean, would revisit if I had a need to stay in WF.

The apartment home is nestled in an upscale neighborhood surrounded by mature trees and a park across the street. Easy access upstairs into a freshly designed and updated decor haven! The hosts thought of everything down to the smallest detail! The shower pressure and water temperatures were refreshing. There’s a heater as well as an air conditioner monitored by a remote, easy to change. The mattress oh so comfy! We utilized the outdoor space too! If we were to return back to Wichita Falls, this is where we would stay again! I highly recommend this place! Ten times better than a hotel stay!

Quaint little garage apartment perfect for our weekend stay! Very clean and we appreciated the little extras throughout the apartment (refreshments,toiletries)! Highly recommend! (One thing to note as in the listing-there is a fridge but no freezer so plan ahead if you need for food storage or ice.)

Super cute, clean, comfortable garage apartment. Hosts were absolutely amazing in every way and thought of everything you could possibly need. Incredible neighborhood that I enjoyed taking my runs in. I’d definitely recommend it over a hotel room if you’re traveling through Wichita Falls ;)
