"This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon and from the second we showed up, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter which made getting to and from the area very easy. You are about 5 minutes away from Kamala beach and about 20 minutes away from Patong beach. "Expedia has this facility rated as 4 stars. Nothing could be a bigger lie. Amenities say 1 restaurant none existed, say 1 pool bar but none existed, say fitness center but it was torn apart and closed. This is totally misleading and false promotion. Expedia has been aware of the situation for 2 weeks and done nothing to correct. Listed as a resort it is an apartment building that is poor condition that they are renting rooms out of. The location to walk to an actual restaurant s a sketchy back...

"This property made for a nice three night stay. Vivian the hotel manager was very kind to us during our stay. The rooms were very modern and I absolutely loved the pool. "

"The property was great however there was one challenge. The pool closes at night at 10 , but on all nights except for the first night, there were families with kids in the pool at 12am and one night it was 1am. I was awakened by the playful screams of small children. This was the most uncomfortable experience here. The parents were in the pool with the children because you could see and hear the kids say daddy. The property was amazing for the price which is why I still scored it high. "

"I stayed in the bliss for 5 nights as a solo traveller i felt very secure as i had a passkey to get in an security at night the apartment was spotless and a lovely big balcony i even had a washing machine i had a problem with air conditioning and it was done same day beautiful rooftop pool which i was in one night at 9 o clock wish my stay had been longer one of the best if not the best just couldnt find a fault hope to come back to patong and this is where I'll stay thank you"

"Highly recommended to treat yourself to a beautiful, relaxing, quiet stay. The property is every bit as beautiful as the photos look. Our villa had a sunset view of the Big Buddha across the bay. The common dining area has the same great view and was empty save for us during breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
