"This property was very dirty, drawers and cutlery/ crockery was not clean. Walls filthy, holes in walls, stickers on walls half piled off. Milk was expired in fridge by a few days, absolutely mess outside with pots and just stuff sprawled all through the front and back garden, downstairs toilet was not able to be used. There was even a pair of jocks left in the WIR floor. Absolutely disgusting, no offer for a refund when contacting house about all these issues. It was very cheap for how many...

"The house is bright and welcoming, in a beautiful leafy quiet suburb. Parking is secure, and you do need a car to get around the city from here.The room is spacious and very comfortable. Communication with the host was very quick and helpful. The only reasons I didn't give a five star rating are the lack of space for personal provisions in the shared fridge, kitchen equipment is in need of some improvement (better pots/pans would be great if you want to cook your own meals) and the shower takes...
