Disliked: Cleanliness
Filthy!!! First was the smoke detector needing a battery and constantly beeping as soon as we opened the door. Air conditioner downstairs filters had enough dirt and dust, you could make yarn from it! Upstairs, air after turning it down had a weird musty smell.. I’m sure those filters are just as bad! Upstairs shower does not drain while showering. Dead bugs, live spiders and cobwebs everywhere! Especially on the windowsills- Looking down from upstairs says it all! Bedroom downstairs has apparent water stains on the walls and has a water leak somewhere. Floors were filthy-When wiped up a spill, it was actually black! I’m not sure the last time this house was cleaned properly…? Also, all the doors, except the one to enter a code were unlocked!!! I can’t make this stuff up! Outside- the wood bees are eating the house away, they are everywhere! The deck on the front is falling apart. My foot almost went through one of the boards. And, don’t lean on the front railings, especially a child! I was told I was going to receive a call from the LOCAL MANAGER, but never did! STAY AWAY from Vuestay!
