Lagoon 206 is on the top floor of the 3 storey Lagoon Lodge with gorgeous views of Cats Eye Beach, Whitsunday Island and Coral Sea. This is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern, self contained, apartment has everything you’ll need to enjoy your island holiday.

Tastefully decorated, this apartment offers a luxurious and relaxing stay. The kitchen presents beautifully with an island bench and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and stove top. Relax on the comfiest lounge and be overwhelmed by the sedative sound of the birds or turn on the large flatscreen TV to unwind. The apartment sleeps 5 people comfortably but can accommodate a 6th child on a foam fold out mattress. The master bedroom has a beautiful view, king size bed and stylish ensuite with bath. The spacious 2nd bedroom hosts a queen bed and a single.It has its own washing machine and dryer and linen and both beach and bath towels are supplied. A buggy is complimentary and can get you round to all the adventurous things there are to do on island.2 pools to choose from that are close by or take a stroll down to the beach and enjoy one of the many resort pools.

Great view and close to the beach, pool, walks.

The unit was a good size for the 5 adults and one baby and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great and it's across the road from the beach. The pool is very close too and has a shade sail which was perfect for a sunny day. The walks are within a short distance too. The only minor downfall with this many people is having the make 2 trips if we needed to go by buggy (which was gratefully provided).

Loved our stay in Hamilton Island. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Check in process was so easy as they picked us up from the airport with the buggy ready for us. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, quick to resolve minor issues. Sensational views from the balcony of Catseye Beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Lagoon 206 is beautifully styled and well appointed. The views are incredible! HamoRent were excellent to deal with - organised, punctual and responsive. We've stayed in other Lagoon Lodge apartments a few times, but this was our best experience. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay at lagoon 206. Very nice clean bright spacious apartment. Great location and enjoyed the use of the buggy which was fab Would definitely return. Would benefits from a chest if drawers for putting non hanging clothing

Great place to stay

Apartment was lovely, very comfy beds and sofa, lots of space and fantastic views. Felt very at home. Couple of small issues: a window panel in back bedroom was missing so it was noisy and hot. The bin only got emptied once on Tuesday during our week long stay, so room smelt a bit.

Great management service.

Great management service especially when compared to others for similar properties. Property was as expected and well appointed. could consider providing some basics (glad wrap, bbq oil etc) as its a pain to buy these items when only a very small amount is needed by each guest.

Honest Review

I found the number of 10/10 “excellent” reviews deeply confusing—they don’t reflect the condition or experience we had. The apartment was dated but relatively clean. However, it was clearly poorly maintained: a mismatched, minimally stocked kitchen; outdoor furniture with bird droppings; and a balcony covered in cobwebs and grime. Only 3 bath towels for a family of 4, & the 4 beach towels smelled like wet dog. To their credit, after I raised this, they delivered extra towels and a bottle of wine, which I appreciated. The pool pictured online does not exist AT ALL —the actual pools are original 1980s-style. Empty laundry detergent, which they did replace when asked.No bodywash, broken window locks in the kids’ room held together with gaffer tape. A broken stove light, & no hot water (we showed with ONLY the hot tap on & it was still too cold). Tap issues in the main bathroom, with a blast of cold & a dribble of hot. Old, tattered blankets that could easily be replaced with inexpensive new ones. Loud bathroom fans, an unusable pedal bin, & unclean or damaged kitchenware. A large, uncovered ensuite window offering no privacy—evidence suggests a blind was once there. Overall, the theme was “shoddy & neglected.” These issues are small but easily fixable. It made us feel like we didn’t matter. This wasn’t the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in, but it was carelessly maintained. A great view just isn’t enough to make up for everything else.

Lagoon - 206

Location was fantastic, view was amazing, rooms were very spacious, close to the beach and pools. Golf buggy was an asset to get around the island and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

Great location, very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Great layout and set up for family of 5 (Lots of similar apartments required a rollaway bed for the third child so 3 beds in the kids bedroom was perfect for us). Great attention to detail, had everything we needed for a great stay. Thank goodness for the beach towels because I forgot to pack towels from home! Cherie (our valet) was lovely and took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. We will definitely be back!
