HOUSE RULES

- Check-in from 2:00 pm | Check-out by 10:00 am
- Please send your flight/ferry arrival and departure details plus your bedding
configuration at least 2 week before arrival, so we can book your transfer to the property and have the beds set up right for your group
- Maximum occupancy is the number of guests on your booking — no extra overnight visitors
- No parties or events
- No smoking inside the property
- No pets
- Quiet hours 10:00 pm – 7:00 am — please respect our island neighbours
- Children are welcome — porta cot, high chair and baby gear available on request
- Buggy: licensed drivers listed with us only, max 4 people, no driving 1:00 am – 5:30 am, and please charge it overnight
- Please report any damage or breakages straight away — accidents happen, we just need to know
- On departure: pop rubbish in the bins, dishes in the dishwasher, and lock up
