The home has 4 Private bedrooms+1 Sunroom/Bedroom, Private upstairs Suite Bedroom with Bedroom#1 King Size Bed, Sofa/Living Room, Kitchenette w/Bar, Frig Coffee Maker, Desk/PC & Private Balcony. 3 Full Baths , Queen Bed in #2 & #3 Bedrooms, Trundle Bed #4 ( Queen or 2 Twins) . There are 3 Large Trash Can are on the road by the 121 Mail Box on top of the Hill in front of Lake House. Please place all trash in bags inside.

Place all towels in basket when leaving by Washer Dryer, leave beds unmade, wash all dishes, pots &where you found them!

Strictly Prohibited! No Charcoal Grilling inside of the House!! Please remove Pet Waste in the Yard! Put Deck Furniture back in proper place.

Cleanliness

We had a family group of 9 staying, house was plenty big for all of us. Getting down to the lake was difficult for a couple of the members of our party, was just unable to make it down definitely need to be fit to make your way down!! Swimming and playing in the was great for those that did make it down. fishing wasnt great, but weather played a big part in that can't control when & where the fish bite!! On arrival house was a little dirty but nothing major. Overall we had a great vacation, communication was great with owner always quick to answer any questions.

Great place to say and have family fun with your grandkids.
