"Property was clean and comfortable once the fire was going. It had been raining and the wood was damp and the fire was difficult to start. We were not in a position to purchase dry wood enroute. Leanne purchased some dry wood for us after work that evening.The slow combustion heater was very efficient, warm and cosy. The only issue being that the fan on the heater was somewhat noisey.The property was excellent for children and pets with lots of activities provided and we loved the dog door. The layout was excellent with a quiet, private barbecue area on the rear deck overlooking the bush. Leanne was pleasant, helpful and quick to respond to any issues that we had. We found our stay most relaxing. Especially the evening glass of wine on the rear deck."

"Property is hour 10 minutes from Mansfield some thongs like out door lights over hot tub dont work apart from a sensor that stays on for 60 seconds essentially leaveing you in the dark if wanting to use tub after dark . On our stay we slso had no hot water in the morning for our shower and barely warm the night before. No WiFi as advertised. Host was quite lonely though. "

"My accommodation was really good...friendly staff and spacious room with veey nice bathroom...the only thing that could be better is price. I checked how much is it through What if and it was 138 dollars. I rang the place to see how much would it be to pay cash. They said 148 dollars. It did ot make any sence to me as this place have to pay commision afterwards. So instead of giving me a better price with o commision now they will pay for the commision and ended up with less money in their pocket after my offer. Try to make sence of that one."

"A well known but much loved area in the King Valley. Lovely homestead but needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to its former glory. Plenty of room, comphy beds and a wonderful surprise of eggs, milk, bread, juice and garden tomatoes, thankyou. "
