With three teenage sons between our two families, my brother's and my family had a memorable Christmas with several feet of snow, lots of good food that was easy to prepare in the well-equipped kitchen, and many hours of board games played on the nice big dining room table. Ed and Bernadette were kind and responsive hosts. I also appreciated the details that made it all work well - ample soft towels, lots of lanterns and a wood burning stove to make it through the power outage comfortably in the big snow storm, a great house layout for two families with room for separate and together time.
