"Carpet was disgusting and stains all over it. Bathroom small and gross, toilet seat was broken. Room smelled like a whole bottle of after shave was spilled. Towels were stained. Breakfast eggs were brown, fruit (bananas and tangerines) were brown and rotton!!!! Coffee cups were stained brown, clearly being run by people who don’t know how to clean anything properly or cook or have standards. Awful."

"The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious - mini kitchen was really nice. Not very sound proof. Heard our neighbours tv clearly in our room and they didn’t have it very loud. Bed side tables on either side of each bed would be helpful. (Relocated the chair side table for the night) Breakfast was ok. Not enough seating for more than 20 ish people. Nothing special and it abruptly ended when I found a long dark hair that wasn’t mine in my eggs. (Maybe a hair net for staff?). Pool was heated and son enjoyed the water slide. Happy kid is a bonus. In some regards it was good however I’m glad we only stayed one night. Not on my list to return to during our next stay in Sudbury."

"TV remote didn't work, front desk helped. TV system doesn't seem user friendly. Clock wasn't working. We couldn't get hot water for our showers, so we didn't shower. Front desk checked and said there was hot water, but neither of us could get hot water, not even warm water, even though we ran the water for a few minutes."

"Breakfast was so good. Loved the waffle machine. Pool was so big and heated. We wish the hot tub was still working but overall it was lovely. We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for a fifth night. Staff was very friendly. We found parking every night no problem. Our room was huge fit all three kids and ourselves very comfortably for the week. Not the greatest neighbourhood downtown is very run down and a bit scary. But we drove to our destinations anyhow. Overall we loved our experience at the Radisson!"
