Amazing! Beautiful, quiet, quality food, excellent service! Golf course is literally a world class course with fast but fair greens and challenging layout. IT IS A MUST!
The property is amazing with great amenities surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery. The staff is friendly. The only note I have is about the easiness of access. Since we were arriving after 5pm, which was the time the office closes , the check in instructions were left at the main gate but there were no maps of the area and it took us over an hour to find the designated townhome. Other than that we had a really great time.
I loved that it was quiet and remote, surrounded by well manicured nature. I loved the pools with the slide and all of the pool facilities, including the change rooms and the pool snack shack.
Beautiful property. We loved the pool.
Beds are a bit squeaky but the room had all of the amenities we’d need and a big shared patio and living area which was almost always empty for us to use
The grounds are beautiful!
Due to staffing shortages we had to order as a take out. The food was delicious all though a little on the pricey side ($29 for an Elk burger)
I stayed in a wilderness suite. I didn’t love that other people can rent the center kitchen and living room area. The walls are paper thin. The only thing separating you is a regular bedroom door, so no sound barrier. So I had to listen to the other people party like rockstars. I called security who was super kind and came and asked them to keep it down. Though as soon as he left they just laughed and shouted “ya right” and blared their music even louder. Knowing this could happen again, when I return to MT I will not be staying here. I paid $1800 for 4 nights, I expected better.
We had several light bulbs burned out in our room and the refrigerator had to be unplugged because it was so loud. Otherwise the room was nice and very clean. I found the golf shop staff to be kind of rude and did not offer us any tips about the course. There was no drink cart or drinks/snacks on the course either. We found the golf course to be very difficult and were not offered a map or gps device. Overall ok experience.
The property is beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was great but the wait was long due to being short staffed. The snack bar at the pool was never open because there weren’t enough golfers on the course we were told. Now I’m sure it’s because of staffing issues.
The staff when you could find one was friendly and seemed accommodating. However I had requested housekeeping and they never came. I was assured they would come the next day and again nothing. I asked to speak with the manager and she was unable to speak to me as she was helping in the restaurant as they were short staffed there as well. I was told she would follow up with me and again nothing. I understand staff shortages are an issue everywhere right now. But for the price you pay to stay I believe you should get your bed made, have fresh towels and get trash taken out. There was supposed to be a microwave in the common area and I brought breakfast sandwiches for my kids after reading this. I arrived and there was no microwave. They said they would try and track one down as they didn’t know where it went. On my last day there was a microwave. Unfortunately a little late at this point. It’s a beautiful property it would be so much better if it was properly staffed. We chose to check out a day early and find a property that provided house keeping and was sufficiently staffed.
