A three-block walk will take you to the S.N.O.W. Bus shuttle stop where you can catch free rides up to Whitefish Mountain Resort. Whether you’re planning to ski, hike, or mountain bike, be sure to check the shuttle schedule as it varies by season.
The condo is located a block away from the Whitefish River Trail. Bring your preferred water vessel to the river. Put-in and paddle up to Whitefish Lake or take a half-mile walk to the City Beach via this gorgeous riverside pedestrian trail.

The Space:
Enter through the main building’s access door and walk up a single flight of stairs to arrive at this top-level unit. Upon entry, the guest will be greeted with a large great room centered around a modern wall-mounted fireplace. Modern furnishings create a cozy perimeter around the television in the living room. The kitchen sits beyond the living area and a breakfast bar creates a peninsula that divides the living area and the rest of the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, a large farm-style sink, and finely finished quartz countertops make this kitchen bring out the chef in anyone!
The hallway past the kitchen grants access to the master king bedroom with en-suite bath as well as the bunk room with includes both a twin and a full mattress. The second level of the condo features an in-house washer and dryer in the closet at the top of the stairs. Opposite the closet sits a spacious bedroom loft with a plush queen bed.
This unit also includes a walk out deck with a view of Big Mountain. Two uncovered off-street parking spots are available but there are a number of on-street parking spaces for guests with more than one vehicle.

The location is great for enjoying downtown Whitefish. It is only a few blocks from the Free Snow Bus stop, which runs from the bottom of downtown to the base lodge.
This rental is perfectly located to downtown Whitefish. So convenient to be within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.
Owner is so thoughtful to have extra garbage bags, paper towels, bath soaps, laundry detergent… etc available for use.
Well stocked kitchen. Decorated nicely. Comfy master bed.
Great location as it is right downtown. The beds were comfy. My children loved the playroom upstairs and the bunkbed below and the basket of games and toys. The place is clean and quiet. Glacier Getaways always answered our texts right away. They thought of everything, they even texted my cell with the key codes though they had also sent that to us in an email. We'd come back for sure.
We had a great time at Bear Track Flat! The unit was clean and spacious with easy access to downtown and the snow bus. Would highly recommend for your next trip.

My family had a fantastic time exploring Whitefish while staying in this unit. Great location, only a block or 2 to get to many fabulous restaurants, shops, and bars. The property was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable. It has everything you need. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Whitefish.
Possibly the cleanest Vrbo we've ever stayed in. The property management team is extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Excellent location for both Whitefish, MT and also Glacier NP.
Awesome brand new condo in perfect downtown location in Whitefish. Perfect to walk to a concert, ski big mountain and access all the nighttime fun! Super comfy linens!! Gorgeous!!
Our family of 5: 2 adults, 3 adult kids..19, 20 & 21 had a wonderful vacation in this comfy condo. The set up is really comfortable & makes good use of the space. The condo is on the top floor, so it's quiet. Great location, walk to town, near the town trail & bike trail & not far from the highways to nearby destinations.
Glacier getaways was a wonderful weekend away. The property is just a couple block walk to restaurants and bars. Easy to find with off-street parking.
The pillows and beds are soooo comfortable but those towels.......are amazing!
A couple more mirrors in the property would have been helpful. Trying to get ready with 6 adults was a bit of a struggle.
Overall very happy with our stay.
The property is clean, well decorated and so close to downtown, whitefish lake and the trails. We had a great stay. Only 2 small issues - our smoke detector started going off and after contacting the property manager twice someone did come out to replace the battery. We were happy to do it if spare batteries were on-site but they preferred to come. We also didn’t have access to the private parking behind the unit as another large van was parked in our spot almost the entire stay but luckily there was room on the street. Overall a great stay-I would highly recommend.
Me my husband, our son, daughter in law, daughter, son in law and 7 year old granddaughter stayed here for a weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We loved that it was big enough for the 7 of us, with everything that you would need. The location was perfect, it’s in walking distance to bars and restaurants so no one had to worry about driving after having a few drinks at dinner. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone that’s looking to stay in Whtefish. We have nothing negative to say about this property. It was a great weekend.
We purposely chose to stay at this location in town, rather than closer to the mountain. We did not want to deal with renting a car, and we ate exclusively in town walking a mere 2-3 blocks! Tons of cute restaurants and shops! To snowboard, we walked 3-4 blocks to the Snow Bus. It was so easy and convenient!
The condo itself is adorable and my kids were happy in the bunks. My husband and I stayed upstairs (note, no en suite) while our other family stayed in the master/en suite downstairs. It was cozy and convenient! I would recommend!
My husband and I loved our stay in Whitefish. The condo was conveniently located within a couple blocks of downtown. It was fully furnished and met all of our needs. This would be a great place for a family. We we will definitely be back here again.
Our family of four had a great stay at the condo. My two young adult kids were happy to have their own rooms but with plenty of space for family time. The condo is just a few blocks to everything in downtown which is walkable and 15 mins to ski Whitefish. We had a great time skiing and enjoying the local area. The property management team was very easy to work with and was super responsive. Check-in and out was a breeze. Don't hesitate to stay here!
