Welcome to Downtown Montana Dream, a charming single-family home nestled in the heart of Whitefish. This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom home features a fully fenced yard and is just a short walk from downtown, making it the perfect home base for your Montana getaway. Centrally located to Big Mountain, Glacier National Park, and the entire Flathead Valley, this home puts adventure right at your doorstep.

Step onto the welcoming covered front porch, an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets with views of the neighborhood. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with two spacious sectionals, a TV, and a coffee table ready for game night. Both couches convert into sleeper sofas for additional guests. Just beyond, the dining area offers seating for six, creating a perfect space for shared meals and conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and opens to the fenced backyard. Out back, a covered deck with a grill provides a great setting for summer barbecues, while the open yard offers plenty of room for kids to play.

The home features two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and a cozy space to relax after a day of exploration. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, ideal for children or extra guests. The shared bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, and there's a full laundry room conveniently located off the kitchen.

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels, and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities, from snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, and more. Of course, you'll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries, and don't miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!

In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Speaking of Glacier National Park, it's only 45 minutes away from Whitefish! Don't miss the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun road, Lake McDonald, and 70+ day hikes!
