Top floor new construction in the heart of downtown Whitefish, Montana. Breathtaking views of vibrant downtown, Central Avenue and Big Mountain can be enjoyed from the wall of windows in the living room or from the spacious balcony overlooking the wonderful town. This is a fantastic location, just steps away from: parks, trails, hiking, kayaking, golfing, skiing, fishing, shopping, breweries, restaurants, and nightlife, along with being a short drive to Whitefish Mountain Ski Area and Glacier National Park. Easy access from the covered, off street parking, leads you into the building where guests can easily take their bags up to the penthouse units with the new elevator. The outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining friends, watching downtown, sitting around the fire pit, or hoping in the large hot tub.317 Loft Unit 302 features a king bedroom suite with walk-in shower, dual sinks, built in closets with overhead storage, and TV with cable and internet service. The rental was just as advertised: Location, layout, amenities were perfect for a ski getaway. Walkable to everything in town, directly above a good breakfast spot, and 15 minutes drive to the mountain. Would rent again on our next trip to whitefish.
We loved this location! We walked to all the restaurants and shopping while in Whitefish. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a third-story condo located at the edge of downtown Whitefish. We could easily walk to all the local restaurants and shops, as well as City Beach (1.2 miles away). We were 20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from Glacier National Park. The condo was well-stocked, with a spacious outdoor living area and hot tub. The owner, Cole, was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location, walking distance to all the shops/restaurants in downtown Montana. Super clean and comfortable place. Even got to see the northern lights while using the hot tub on the roof!

Our family of 4 loved this stay in a cute, well appointed 2/2 downtown Whitefish. The home was very well maintained, the location can’t be beat, and the dedicated, covered parking was an unexpected bonus we really enjoyed. Zero complaints and I hope to return!!!

This is the perfect place to stay! The property is downtown and close to everything, but still quiet and private. The outdoor space is wonderful, and the property managers are extremely responsive and helpful.

The condo was perfect. And it was immaculate! We enjoyed walking thru downtown for eating and shopping.
My 13 year old son and I stayed in the property from 17-20 January 2025 for a long weekend of skiing. The property was just beautiful, very clean, and had all amenities plus some (was not expecting shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent). Very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. My son of course had to try both the top and bottom bunk.. which both received great reviews. The only hiccup was that the hot tub is serviced *every* Sunday - a mandate by the City of Whitefish (which may or may not mean being fully drained and re-filled - in our case it was fully drained). To make matters worse, it was during the arctic air wave and so the entire patio was covered in ice from the emptied hot tub. We were unable to use the hot tub after our full day of skiing, however Cole allowed us to use the neighboring unoccupied unit's hot tub as a consolation. It is clear that Cole is a very attentive owner, and we appreciated him going above and beyond to accommodate us. Over all - the property has amazing views, is in a central location, and is beautifully appointed. We would love to return in the future. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Stayed at this condo for our trip to Glacier National Park and the Whitefish ski area. Condo is located in a great spot and everything was as described. Would stay here again!
