Cozy spot!

We recently stayed at Whitefish on a trip to Glacier National Park. Unfortunately we arrived later than we wanted to (after office hours), but the process to check in after hours was very easy. I was so thankful after a long day of driving! The room was small and cozy for two of us- but I knew that based on the pictures! It was a nice quiet place to stay- and there are even posted quiet times in the halls. Underground parking was wonderful. The town of Whitefish is also very charming. We enjoyed our stay!

To be fair, before I write this review, we received an email a few days prior to our visit, informing us of the roof construction not being completed yet. When we finally found the office to check in, all was good until we got to our room. It was an overpriced off season, outdated Motel 6. The bedding was made of Levi material, facial bar for bath soap, a danger sign taped to the door leading to the patio. Debris and roofing nails had not been swept up. Outdated VCR/DVD combo unit, not one chair in the room to sit in. the first morning we had 1/2 cup coffee that was complementary, but no more was available without cost. new towels, or any service, costs i.e make bed, empty trash etc. we kept being told there were restaurants and cafes in the area, BUT There were no restaurants or cafes in the area that were open!!! we had to buy costly frozen microwave food at their mini-store. Their office does not open until 8am. In my opinion this place is run by poorly trained customer service staff. In the hospitality business the patron is taken care of.. If it wasn't for the Coffee and room fees, we would not have written this review. we have photos if interested

Nice quiet spot

This condo worked out nicely for our few days in Whitefish and was a nice comfortable spot to use as a home base in between hiking and biking.
