The customer service experience at Black Bear Cabins was above and beyond fantastic! They were so attentive to every little detail from comfortable bedding and decor to the thoughtful welcome gift. Our family of six fit comfortably because every inch of space is utilized so well. There were so many hooks and spots to dry out wet ski gear. The glove dryer in the cabinet was super helpful. The kitchen has all the necessities and was perfect for our needs. The location can’t be beat! It’s just a few steps to the run leading to chair 3. We literally skied to the cabin parking lot each day. We can’t wait to revisit this jewel!

Wonderful Ski-in/Ski-out
This cabin was a perfect getaway for skiing. It was a short walk to the Village and Hope Slope to ski to Chair 3. The cabin was clean with basic amenitites. The hot tub was well-kept and clean as well. We would stay at these cabins again and recommend to anyone with a small group!

Beyond perfect!
From the first moment entering Black Bear Cabin, to our last moment there, everything was beyond perfection.
The living room was cozy and spacious, the kitchen was immaculate to cook in, the bedrooms were so relaxing, the bathrooms were gorgeous cabin style, and the personal hot tub to the cabin was the cherry on top.
We believe we have finally found the cabin we plan on returning to each time for our family ski trips to Big Mountain.

Great place and location. Only thing we would say is the upstairs needs blackout curtains with the new building/lights directly behind it. Lights are bright all night.
Love that this cabin was set up for actual skiing! Plenty of hooks, ski rack, boot dryer, easy to pop in for lunch and snacks right off chair 3. This will be our new regular spot for sure!
Location is 5/5. Space is cozy and good for 3-4 people. Kitchen could use some new pots and pans. All in all we had a lovely time and would stay there again.
I can't say enough about this cabin. Cozy, perfect location for in/out snowboarding (chair 3), walking distance to the village & all the amenities needed. The only thing I'd change is, the light in the back is a bit much when trying to relax in the jacuzzi. Looking forward to booking again!

Fabulous Ski In/Ski Out Cabin
From the service received to the location, coziness and amenities, I would give this 10 Stars if that was available! The cabin was right off Chair 3 making it very accessible to start, rest and end your day of skiing. The Hot Tub at first wasn't heating up, yet found out it was too cold (they did send someone out anyway to make sure). The cabin was cozy, and comfortable for our family of 3. We especially liked the closet with glove/beanie warmers! Will be booking for same time next January!

Nice cabin with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay!
We had a great time at this Whitefish cabin! It’s a small place but has a very thoughtful layout that makes excellent use of space. Our family of 5 was very comfortable, with the two youngest sleeping up in the loft, the oldest downstairs on the sofa sleeper, and my wife and I in the back bedroom. It was nice to have bathrooms both up and downstairs. The kids especially loved hot tubbing every night after long days hiking in Glacier NP. I highly recommend this place!

The place was amazing and I will for sure stay again!
1 mayor problem the queen bed in the loft was extremely hard and I like hard bed, it was too hard for me.
The other thing there needs to be a place for putting skis and snowboards.
Other then that it was amazing!
Thank you for allowing me to stay.
