Brand new luxury condo on Central ave in downtown Whitefish!!!

  • One of the newest buildings just completed in city centre Whitefish on the quietest part of Central Ave. Located just one block to all city centre Whitefish restaurants, shops, nightlife and the snow bus stop to the ski hill. A coffee shop, Sweet Peaks ice cream, Great Northern Cyclery and more are located on the same block. This residence is a spectacular condo located in the heart of city centre Whitefish. The condo consists of 2 full bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The unit is located on the second level with easy access to city centre Whitefish. There is a beautiful balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The living room has an open concept living room and kitchen. There is gas fireplace to cosy up next to after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is fully stocked and has beautiful stainless steel appliances. You will love your stay here in city centre Whitefish. The unit has air conditioning, an underground car park space for one vehicle and an lift to access your floor. The car park has an entrance height of no more than 76 inches. Also, an additional rooftop patio just opened for guests to use, which boasts a fireplace, grill and chairs to enjoy. Keurig style coffee maker.

    The Central Ave condo is located directly city centre and just a block from all shops, restaurants and bars of beautiful city centre Whitefish. The Whitefish River is a few streets away and a beautiful walking path takes you along the Whitefish River to Whitefish Lake city beach. It is only 20 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 4 blocks from the Amtrak Station, 10 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort and only 30 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park.

    Whitefish, Montana is the perfect place for a holiday in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, art galleries, gourmet dining, & live theatre …the activities are endless. The condo was new, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. We were impressed with how quiet it was knowing we had neighbors throughout the building. We especially liked that it had a parking garage since it snowed in May. It was a little tricky to find the entrance as the condo is located on the second floor of a multi use building commercial/residential. A picture or explanation of where the lobby was located would've been nice. Overall, that was the only hitch we had. More than happy with our stay!

Wonderful Whitefish Stay

We are first time visitors to Whitefish. Condo is located on the center of downtown and convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, coffee and spas. Also very convenient drive to Glacier National Park, where we spent lots of time. Looking forward to next visit!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was well equipped, decorated nice and comfortable beds. It was right downtown in Whitefish close to shopping and restaurants and about 30 minutes to Glacier.

The management company was very easy to work with and quick to respond. The location was a reasonable distance to the park (about 30-40 minutes) and we loved that you could walk to stores and restaurants. Great location if you want to enjoy Whitefish, which is a lovely town. The condo was exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable. Easy safe parking for one car. It was great space for two adults. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Location convenient to downtown

The location is 1 /2 block from downtown shopping, dining and ice cream. The rooftop patio with fireplace was most enjoyable each evening. Parking was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Wonderful location, very clean, tastefully decorated with new appliances and furniture and every necessary amenity. We particularly thought the beds were super comfy. We were in Whtiefish for Under the Big Sky music festival and the location was perfect, we would walk to many restaurants and shops and the shuttle to/from the festival. The property manager was helpful and easy to communicate with.

October Long Weekend

Had a great time in Whitefish for a long weekend. The unit was perfectly located steps from shops and great restaurant options. The underground parking is a treat and the unit was well appointed and comfortable. The reading materials were a nice touch! Just a short drive to Glacier National Park with wonderful scenery and great hiking.

Perfect in Downtown Whitefish

Our stay at the Condo in Whitefish was excellent. It exceeded our expectations. It was well laid out, quiet, very comfortable. The beds were very good. The kitchen was well laid out. Security was good. There was garage parking for one car. Being downtown was perfect. We could walk around, go to dinner, shopping, ice cream. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Whitefish weekend

We've stayed at this property twice and love the location and the comfort. It couldn't be better located near the end of the main street and the condo is spacious and very comfortable. We love the rooftop deck for lounging and a margarita in the evening. The only problem was that the outdoor fireplace wasn't usable this trip. Not the condo-owners' fault, though. Otherwise, it's great!

Perfect location, clean & easy to access!

We loved our stay here! This condo was located so conveniently to all the shops, restaurants and local businesses where we could walk out the main level entry and be in the middle of downtown whitefish in less than 1 minutes walk. Super easy access to the room & parking. Loved covered, garage assigned parking that was right outside the elevator access to the room. We hiked in whitefish & glacier and the commute to both was easy! Loved the room layouts for privacy and the size of the bedrooms/baths were great. Lovely kitchen with all the daily necessities handy. Would highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again when we revisit whitefish in the future!

Location, location, location.

First, Whitefish is a wonderful little town in a great location, close to everything Glacier. The condo was in a great location in Whitefish. Condo is definitely new and was very clean with all the amenities needed for a week stay. Beds were more than comfortable as were the furnishings. Instructions to get in were confusing but we figured it out eventually. Had a little trouble with the thermostat, reported to management but not sure if it actually got fixed before we left.
