"Friendly staff!"

"Next day after checking the hole 12 floor smelled like Marijuana which the smell ended up in my room, after a day the marijuana smell was in the lobby. Had breakfast on day two, took little over two hours to get my breakfast. After checking out the staff was friendly, I noticed driving back to the airport my clothes smelled like marijuana, which is not professional in a business setting where you meet clients, and they smell the odor."

"This was not a good experience. We decided to stay at a “nice” hotel rather than the Hyatt Place or Hampton Inn, like we usually do. There was nothing special about this hotel. It was centrally located and clean. But…..the hotel parking was $45, there was no fridge in the room, nothing to set the place apart from the competition. Here’s the kicker though: there was the loudest screaming I’ve ever heard in a hotel in my life from 11pm to 1am. Several people on our floor called the front desk and they sent “security” up to try to quiet it down to no avail. Our sleep and stay was terrible…..but there was no offer to refund part of our rate or make it right in some way. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was a really bad experience. I wish I had my money back. "

"What a wonderful hotel! 10 plus stars. Everything was excellent. The staff from check in to wait staff to check out to valet could not have been nicer or more helpful. The room was great, spacious, well appointed and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Food in dining room was very very good. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend"
