The basement was accessed each day for a couple of hours which could get quite noisy with the washer/dryer running and loud conversations, but other than this small disruption, our stay was great and we would book again! After being changed, rechecked. I stopped counting long hairs after 4 just on the first pillow cover. I left. Unacceptable."
