Our kids had a blast. The staff are so friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We got to check in early at 12 and our room was ready. The next day we checked out at 11 but got to stay the whole day at the waterpark. Will definitely be back in summer for the outdoor pools ...

The pictures did not match the actual condo. It was dirty and disheveled. The bookshelf was broken and all of the paintings on the wall were crooked. That wasn’t a huge deal but an indicator that is it not well kept. The carpet was filthy. I found food on the dining room floor and a bloody tissue ...
