BED BUGS!!! Had to pack up and leave at midnight because we found bedbugs. Captured, took picture, and brought to front desk to show. Receptionist told os manager would reach out - never did. Must not care about the FILTHY state of their hotel.

We stayed in a loft suite and it was great. The top steps were a little tricky because of the way they turn to go down so if you have any balance issues it could be uncomfortable. Also no washroom upstairs so going down after dark requires lighting. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and the bed ...
