"No full length mirror in the room so that was a negative TV volume continually got louder/lower every few minutes Staff warm, helpful Needed extra time in room on check out day due to husband feeling sick and was told I needed to pay 50% of first nights rate which was a bit excessive especially since we only checked in after 10:30 pm on FRI. "

"Fun property with everything under one roof. Neat vibe with the atrium and water. Disappointing part was the price for all the food vendors and the water park. There’s just no reason to charge so much. Concierge desk folks were awesome and the front desk was very accommodating with a hiccup we had with the breakfast buffet vouchers. Excellent service. "
