"Neat spot with quite a history. Loved the cat greeting us every day. Really liked the little paths on the property and hidden benches. Appreciated the coffee maker, but Keurig is always preferred. Needed an extra cover and that was available and easy to find. Is keyless entry possible? "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the barn! The rooms were spacious and worked perfectly for my husband and I and our daughter. Everything from old English hunting pictures on the walls, to the refurbished rake towel rack, and barn door made these accommodations cute and interesting. We cooked a few meals in the barn and all cookware we needed was provided as well as any other essentials. We enjoyed the beauty of the property, the live oaks, but especially enjoyed the company of ‘Earl Grey’ the friendly kitty that roamed the property. If we are ever in town again, we will be back!"

"The historic home was quaint and close to town . Plenty of room for us . It is private but not soundproof if your looking for a quiet place. My husband and I come to Summerville to visit family and enjoy being close to town for walkability to restuarants and shopping, This quaint historic cottage was close enough to do just that. We especially love Azalea park and it did not disappoint with all the azaleas in full bloom. We took our dog this time and she enjoyed the grounds. We love staying where we have outdoor spaces to enjoy. Unfortunately, we must have arrived before any outdoor prep for visitors was done, as there was no clean places to sit and enjoy the lovely grounds including the screened in porch. We will have to plan a little later visit next time . "

"We had a perfect stay in Summerville! After a long day of driving, it was such a relief to park the car and walk right into downtown for dinner. The home was spotless and truly felt like a 'home away from home' with every convenience we could need—we especially loved having the choice between a Keurig and a standard coffee pot! Tim was an excellent host; he sent clear check-in directions ahead of time and was incredibly quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!"
