This beautiful space features a cozy queen bed and a cool living room with a love seat that pulls out to a chaise lounge or a sleeper. Perfect for relaxing or extra guests. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and plush towels. Guests stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding inside or planning your next adventure, this fantastic cottage provides a welcoming retreat. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we’re happy to suggest local spots to check out. The view is spectacular and we provide binoculars for you to enjoy all the wildlife. Thirty acres of private land with trails made throughout for your walking pleasure. Covered parking at your doorstep. We also offer a huge turn around area above the cottage if needed for your truck n trailer to unload those side x sides or 4 wheelers. The cottage is stocked with coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil and condiments. You have a BBQ with utensils for your use. Come enjoy and relax!

The place was immaculately clean. The host was fabulous. The breakfast was terrific. But most of all the uniqueness of the location with its fabulous views is unbelievable. Highly recommend staying if you are going to be in the area.

Oh my goodness what an awesome cottage. The cottage is beautiful and has everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The view is amazing!! We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

This place has great views and is very quiet. It inside is well appointed but cozy. The cottage sits beside the host’s home, but they are a quiet couple. There are trails, but the elevation changes and considerable with steep slopes in most any direction. In my younger years of hiking the 14k mountains of Colorado, these grades would have great. Now in my 70’s, one trip around one of the trails was enough to remind myself that I can’t do those grades anymore. The listing doesn’t mention the steep gravel road to get to the cottage. Once you turn off the paved road onto Gregory Creek Road, it’s about 2.5 miles to the cottage with a sign part way up instructing you to use 4-wheel drive. That said, I do believe most 2-wheel drive vehicles could make it to the cottage if the driver is careful not to lose traction. Since my only goal for this trip was quiet relaxation, the cottage was perfect for me. It was a great stay.
