There is no pool on site. The location was great but room is outdated. Staff was very welcoming and nice. Room can get warm quickly so heat must be turned down.

Excellent value. No balcony, a bit noisy but spacious room, excellent kitchen, simple shared hot tub. Prime location for enjoying Whistler. Extra fee for convenient parking.

The location is at the center of a shopping area so it is very convenient. But it may not suitable for light sleepers. People on the streets were loud at night.

Perfect Place in a Perfect village

The hotel is in the perfect spot to walk to everything in town. Lighting was great for the walk back after the bar and a very quiet building as well.

Super central location, lots of parking, everything you need, well equipped kitchen. Be aware of the noise factor as Whistler is a party town. If you want a quiet room, make sure it’s on the inside. Luggage carts would be awesome. Front desk staff are really great!

Off the Rails

We had a fantastic few days at Whistler. The room was pretty much as expected, although the a/c barely blew enough cold air to cool off the room. We found that the parking lot for guests was difficult to find.....at least the first time. The room could’ve had more than 1 roll of TP. Other than those small issues it was wonderful. So nice to be in the heart of the Village.

Great convenient location, close to bus stop and in the village. Great front desk service, very accommodating, place for bike storage, suites are clean and has everything you may need. My unit had a tub with jacuzzi function.
