We had a great stay. Affordable accomodation only 10 minutes drive from cooks beach so the kids were happy.

Comfortable and Value for money
Good value for Money. Location was close to Hot water beach. The property staff were pretty helpful. We were a bigger group of 11 people and we liked the stay. The Kitchen was very useful. The only slight drawback was the kiwi cottage had only 1 Bath and 1 Toilet. WiFi is paid at a very reasonable price.

Lovely place to stay with your family.
Accommodation location and facility was lovely. I'll call it my second home. Place was surrounded with lovey mountain range. I'll surely recommended to everyone if you want to send time with the family. The park is my permanent accommodation when ever I visit the coromandel.

Friendly and welcoming holiday park.
Nice feel for a holiday park. Really fantastic staff, friendly and so so helpful. Loved that it backs onto the craft brewery and was a perfect place for our family to hang out on the deck and play the big Jenga set there. And bring our own games.

Best if you do not mind noice.
The place was nice, the location was nice. It was clean, comfortable, and everything I could ask for. The only problem was the other guests. They were very loud all night and there was no one there to quiet them down.

Nice, hostel type stay.
Convenient for cathedral cove and hot water beach. Free shovels, boogie boards and umbrellas for the beach a real bonus. Super friendly helpful staff.

Not too much to say, was not a good experience, way to expensive, it was very similar to a tool shed. No Tv no aircondiioner, no fan. No fly screens, & no soap.

Great place & close drive to Hot Water Beach
As 2 couples we visited in Jan 18 for a night whilst visiting the area for Hot water beach and Cathedral cove. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Only a short drive to attractions. Great value for money. The host on checkin was great giving us helpful tips and timings for hot water beach (true highlight of our time in NZ).

Great deal for the price
The staff was extremely nice, unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we arrived, but the owner gave us a few recommendations. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin & the rooms were comfortable and roomy. Some of the furniture could be updated, but it was clean and we had a good time. It was nice having the kitchen and it was stocked with tea and coffe. Hot Water Beach & Cathedral Cove are close by, all in all we would book again.

The cabin was reasonably clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The TV did not work properly and most stations had a poor signal. The remote was not functional most of the time. The situation of the sofa was not conducive to having a relaxed evening together. The wifi available was limited to 30 mins and then you had to sign up to a $5 a day plan.

Stayed at the Lodge which is a dormatory style building. We were the only ones there so that was nice and quite. Just stayed one night as we were passing by the area. Showers and bathroom were clean. The bed was quite soft but overall room was clean. There is a very limited amount of free Internet, then you have to pay. I probably used it for 10 minutes browsing the Internet for next day things to do and already reacted my limit.

A great holiday place. But the hand-basin needs attention. There is no cold or hot water running, a fact which was very disappointing!! It is not something that has just just happened, and i really wonder why it hasnt been reported. We had to go to the sink to get water for the hand basin. That needs an early fix.

Ignore dated reviews, new ownership (12 months)
Just ignore old reviews for this holiday park. It is clean, it is great, staff are awesome, food is great, best chicken burger I've had. Beer is excellent as it has it's own brewery. Will be booking for next year ready for leadfoot again as it's a safe site, you will not be disappointed.

Close to everything.
Very noisy, can hear neighbors talking and kids running up and down the hallway. But to be expected at this time of year. Showers were 50 cents and washer and dryer $4 each. Great restaurant and brewery onsite. Close to Coroglen Tav.

We love it. Great facility. Great staff.
Lots of spaces for the dogs to run around. Our shared bathroom in the lodge was clean. Our room was neat and tidy.

Very helpful and considerate staff - they turned on the heat and the lights in our cabin before we arrived so all warm on a cold wet winter night. Reception had all the details for local attractions so great to organize our sightseeing. Nice friendly people.

Seabreeze stugor!
Fantastikt naturskönt område. En liten välutrustad lekpark för barnen. God mat i restaurangen, god service och trevligt bemötande generellt. Bra med plats för 7 pers i vår stuga. Fri utlåning av spadar för de som vill ner och gräva på Hot water beach. Behövs en uppdatering när det gäller kök och bad. Det vi fann mest störande var den påtagliga lukten av fukt och mögel i stugan. Vi lät större delen av packningen vara kvar i bilen eftersom lukten satte sig direkt i våra kläder.

Hôtel correct, nous avons eu la chance d'être mis dans un appartement plus grand car celui réservé n'était pas nettoyé. Tout le confort minimum est à l'intérieur, de plus il y a une sorte de restaurant/snack sur le site. Petit hic Wi-Fi payante

バスルームアメニティー必須
バスタオルとドライヤーとトイレットペーパー以外、バスルームアメニティが全くなくて困りました。シャンプー、リンス、石鹸、ティッシュは、必要で、最低でも、受付けの売店で売ってて欲しいと思います。何故なら、いちばん近いスーパーでも車で30分以上かかり、21時閉店、近くには何もありません。 部屋は、2ベッドルームで、ダブルベッドとシングルベッドの部屋と、シングルのパイプベッド3台の部屋とリビングルームです。これで値段$220はちょっと高いように思います。食器は一通り揃っていましたが、バーベキューコンロはなく、デッキにテーブルがあります。星空は綺麗でした。

地方在山上，距離海灘不遠，營地不大，沒有太多供應品，營地有個餐廳，看來不錯，但沒有試過。反而20分鐘車程有個鎮的餐廳，望著海邊和滿天星星吃餐，特別開懷！

Bien situé
Coucher 1 nuit, parfait pour visiter Hot Beach Water et Cathédrale Coves. Chalet très spacieux, literie supérieure. Seul point négatif c'est de bloquer l'accès à internet afin que l'on paye pour être sur leur réseau.
